I. Senior Researcher for Formula Development (1 position) 

Main responsibilities of the position:

1. This position is responsible for the research and innovation of specific cell line medium formulations for MSC, NK, CHO, etc. The core focus is on AI-driven formulation design and optimization. It involves coordinating projects, managing teams, and promoting technology implementation to help the company build an efficient and precise R&D system.

2. By integrating high-throughput screening, DoE methods, and AI algorithms, complete the screening, prediction, and optimization of medium formulations; be responsible for the training and iteration of AI models, and solve technical problems.

3. Connect with customer needs, formulate development plans for medium projects based on AI technology, integrate multi-source data to build an AI formulation design system, and ensure that the plans meet the requirements and are innovative.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or above, PhD preferred. Familiar with MSC, NK, CHO cell culture, with experience in AI-driven formulation design and optimization, and project leadership experience preferred. Proficient in high-throughput screening and DoE methods; possess the ability to apply AI tools, and be able to coordinate projects and solve technical problems. 

II. Assistant Production Engineer (3 positions) 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Assist in the production of cell culture medium;

2. Assist in the research and development of production processes related to cell culture medium;

3. Assist in the statistics of production materials and material requisition;

4. Assist in the statistics of production data;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 

III. Microbiological Laboratory Technician (4 positions) 

Main job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the inspection of material release, as well as the release inspection of intermediate products and finished products;

2. Assist in drafting QC-related SOPs, SMPS and other system documents, and maintain appropriate laboratory inspection records;

3. Draft and implement relevant documents for laboratory equipment and methods;

4. Conduct inspections and daily operations in accordance with the specified laboratory safety requirements; participate in the daily management of laboratory EHS;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the QC manager.
