The CHO stable expression basal medium (Basal Medium) and feed medium (Feed Medium) of Youyi Biotechnology are completely chemically defined, and do not contain serum, hydrolysates, or any animal-derived components. Artist F01AB is a single-feed medium (combining large and small supplements), which can reduce acid peaks and minimize aggregates, and is prioritized for projects aiming to improve product quality attributes. It is particularly recommended for CHOS, DG44, etc. The medium has completed the registration under the US DMF (DMF039918), providing better support for customers' US and Chinese filings.
