The CHO stable expression basal medium (Basal Medium) and feed medium (Feed Medium) of Youyi Biotechnology are completely chemically defined, and do not contain serum, hydrolysates, or any animal-derived components. FeedB2 is an alkaline small feed, which has been optimized in terms of components compared to FeedB, providing better quality attributes for antibody/protein expression. It is used in conjunction with large feeds. The media have completed the registration under the US DMF (DMF039918), providing better support for customers' US and Chinese filings.
