The monoclonal and cell line screening medium of Youyi Biology does not contain serum, hydrolysates, or any animal-derived components. It is suitable for screening monoclonal and cell line populations of HEK293 and CHO cells, significantly increasing the monoclonal rate.

Use a similar culture medium (such as EX-CELL CHO Cloning Medium) as a reference 

When using it, it is more effective to mix it with 80% monoclonal culture medium and 20% conditioned medium obtained from the cultured cells after the culture process.
