Trans PEI

The linear PEI transfection reagent is a cationic polymer that can form complexes with nucleic acids and enable these complexes to enter mammalian cells. The linear PEI transfection reagent is widely applicable to common cell lines, such as HEK293, HEK293T, Hep G2, Hela, CHO-K1, COS-1, COS-7, NIH/3T3 and Sf9, etc. Even in the presence of serum, this reagent can still efficiently introduce nucleic acids into cells. The linear PEI transfection reagent has the following advantages:
