The HEK293 transient expression medium (Basal Medium) and feed medium (Feed Medium) of Youyi Biotechnology are completely chemically defined, without serum, hydrolysates, or any animal-derived components. They are suitable for high-density suspension culture of different 293 cell subtypes (such as Expi293 and 293T cells), enabling high-level expression of recombinant proteins and antibodies: the expression level reaches approximately 500 mg/L after 7 days of cultivation, and some can even exceed 2 g/L. Yuyi Biotechnology's HEK293 cell expression medium has completed the registration under the US DMF (DMF039790), providing stronger support for customer needs.
