HY01

The HY01, HY02 and SP CD02 products are based on the basal medium (Basal Medium), which is suitable for high-density suspension culture of hybridoma, SP2/0, NS0 and other cells, and is mainly used for high-level protein expression. 

The HY02 basal medium contains glutamine. HY02 also contains a small amount of protein factors, which can enhance the universality of the medium without affecting protein purification. It supports the high-density and high-expression of hybridoma cells. The basal medium can be used in combination with the high-performance supplementary medium FM02AB, which can support the high-density growth of cells and maintain the cell viability, achieving higher levels of protein expression.
